3. Product Information

All products are described as accurately as possible. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, slight variations in finish, grain, and dimension may occur. All sizes are approximate.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and included VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment via major credit/debit cards and bank transfer.

6. Lead Times and Delivery

Lead times vary depending on the item and are indicated on each product page. All deliveries are made via trusted logistics partners and include white-glove service where applicable. National and international delivery quotes are provided upon request.

7. Returns and Cancellations

As our furniture is made to order, returns or cancellations are only accepted in the event of a manufacturing defect or transport damage. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a resolution. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

8. Bespoke and Custom Orders

All bespoke or customised items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced. Approval of design specifications will be deemed confirmed upon receipt of payment, allowing manufacture to commence immediately.

9. Warranty

We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover natural wear and tear, misuse, or damage due to improper care. Natural materials will develop colour changes over time, with greater exposure to UV light resulting in more pronounced variations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and product designs on this website are the property of Kaizen Furniture Makers Ltd and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or purchase of our products.
